I hope that this blog can work... what I want to do is to maintain communication between my students even when I'm not at school! Especially since I have two schools... and I'll be leaving in a few months.

So, I want everyone to check this out and write to me... in either English or Japanese. どちでもいいです!　英語でいい、日本語でいい!　

For the first post, I will do a little self-introduction... just so you can read about me! ;-) （笑）　
My name is Alisha Smyth. I'm from Fairbanks, Alaska. I have lived in Japan for almost 3 years. （８月まで、３年間になる）I have many interests. I enjoy sports and outdoor activities. The sports that I play are: soccer, running （陸上とマラソーン）, kendo, and ice hockey. I only watch ice hockey... it's much to dangerous to play! :-) I like to listen to music and watch tv and movies. Right now I am watching two Japanese dramas: エンジン and アタックNo.1. They are very good, but mostly they help me improve my listening.
